The 2nd generation of Cyathopharynx furcifer "Magara"
2025年5月、最初の繁殖に成功しました。購入してまだ５ヶ月ほど、全長10cmにも満たない親魚から、産卵後２週間半で小さめの稚魚10匹が得られました。これまでに何度も産卵していましたが、食卵を繰り返していました。
In May 2025, I successfully bred the C. furcifer "Magara" for the first time. Only five months after purchase, the parent fish, which were less than 10 cm in length, produced 10 small fry, two and a half weeks after laying eggs. Although they had spawned several times before, they had repeatedly eaten their eggs.
産卵後約２週間半で稚魚を取り出しました。親魚が小さいせいか稚魚も小さいと思います。この日を０日とします。
The first fry were took out from the mouth of mother fish approximately two and a half weeks after the eggs were laid. The fry are small possibly because the parents are small. This day is designated as day 0.
